1. Acceptance

By using LaunchGate, you agree to these terms. LaunchGate is operated by AivaStack.

2. Service Description

LaunchGate is an automated quality gating service for AI applications. You submit eval data via our API, and we run evaluations against your defined criteria.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that eval data you submit does not contain personal identifiable information (PII) unless you have a Data Processing Agreement in place. You are responsible for securing your API keys.

4. BYOK Keys

When you provide LLM provider API keys (BYOK), we encrypt them at rest and only decrypt them in-memory during eval execution. We are not liable for charges incurred on your provider accounts.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly run limits. Free tier runs are hard-blocked at the limit. Pro and Scale plans allow overage at published rates.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all eval data you submit. We do not use your data to train models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained per your plan's retention policy and then deleted.
