1. Data We Collect

We collect account information (email, name) via Auth0 authentication, eval data you submit through the API (inputs, outputs, scores), and standard usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to run eval suites, display results in the dashboard, enforce usage limits, and improve the service. We never use your eval data to train models.

3. Data Retention

Free plan: 14 days. Pro/Scale: 1 year. Enterprise: custom. Soft-deleted data is purged after the retention period.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (database), Auth0 (authentication), Stripe (billing), Sentry (error tracking), and Vercel/Railway (hosting). BYOK keys are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in-memory during eval execution.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@launchgate.ai. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR.
